It’s easy to stay stuck in your comfort zone, relying on outdated methods to find sponsors. But what would happen if you let yourself believe you could land those big deals and take your racing career to the next level?
These days, companies want brand ambassadors and influencers because they’ve built loyal audiences who trust their recommendations. A logo on your car is just a small piece of a sponsor’s marketing strategy—real connections are what matter now.
That’s where you come in: sponsors need you! But with so much competition, you have to show why you’re the right person to promote their products by aligning your marketing with their niche.

I doubled our revenue the following year, and even during COVID we hit $175,000 in sponsorships in 2020.
Today, my team has earned over $1.3 million in sponsorships alone, with plenty more on the horizon!
I had no clue about marketing or sponsorships when I started racing in 2004.
In 2008, my dad got sponsored by Dunkin’ Donuts, and I was instantly hooked by the media attention, fan engagement, and seeing a brand all over the dragster.
We continued to work with more retail stores doing displays and sampling and hired an agent (who I did an internship with and learned what companies look for when sponsoring).
My real breakthrough came in 2018 when I landed my first title sponsor through social media and having my name well known with the press!!
We were able to upgrade product partners to provide funding and worked on doing more activations and leveraged social media to bring in over six figures in just one year!
I started reaching out to my dad’s friends and sponsors for help with my junior dragster, but I didn’t know what I was doing—most didn’t even respond.
I sent letters talking about my race schedule and results, practically begging for help, but only got a pity response that gave my dad a credit (thanks?!).
I thought I was so slick using PowerPoint to make my first sponsor portfolio, offering to plaster logos on my car, but still... crickets.
Fast forward to 2013—our first real sponsor deal came together after we cooked a homemade meal for a group of executives and gave them a tour of the race shop. That deal scored us $50,000 per year, and in return we did displays at retail stores, which was HUGE at the time! I still remember this day :)

“I’ve followed a lot of the principals that Megan discusses in Fueled and Funded and just the concepts really changed my mindset of sponsorship. I was able to get my micro sprint chosen as a Featured Display Vehicle at PRI and I’ve been able to sell sponsorship on all of the open spots on the car for $20,000 and we’ve been able to get a few current sponsors to up their investment for 2024!”
"We have secured multiple partners exceeding $50,000 and multiple year partnerships. We struggled with finding the key people to engage in conversations, and having confidence to promote our team. Megan gives us a proper plan of actions and the confidence to ask for and build worth."
"It's really helped me not only streamline my process, it's helped me not waste time. The system helps you identify the right prospects, have the right conversations, know what to offer, and then have a system in place for keeping them to renew them."
"Since joining Fueled and Funded, we've been able to set multiple meetings with potential sponsors and also secure some sponsors for the 2021 race season."
"She has helped me obtain 4 other sponsors this year and being a one-woman race team, and being through the times of COVID, it’s just seems incredible to me that I’ve been able to accomplish that."
With over a decade on the digital marketing frontline, we've learned what truly works for sponsors. Today, we fuse this knowledge into a formula that consistently provides results for racers like you.
Other programs often cost between $5,000 to $8,000 for 120 or 90 days of access, with no lifetime membership, no follow-up coaching, and no ongoing support.
Other programs don’t know how to use a race car as a marketing tool that speaks directly to race fans and what companies are looking for.
Other programs aren’t racing specific - they may know how to get sponsors for a sports team or an athlete or a festival or a concert, but they haven't worked in motorsports.
From September to October is when companies finalize their sponsorship budgets for the upcoming year. They’ll make key decisions before heading to major shows like SEMA and PRI. Inside Fueled and Funded, I’ll show you how to take advantage of this window and secure your spot with sponsors before those budgets lock in.
I get that it can feel like a big investment, but what you’ll learn in these 9 weeks will help you secure bigger sponsorships, which will pay off your investment many times over. The strategies we’ll cover are what helped me personally land over $1 million in sponsorships and build a sustainable racing career.
The next round kicks off on October 14th, and the program runs for 9 weeks. It’s structured to help you make real progress, step by step, without feeling overwhelmed. The live coaching calls are done in a small group setting, so you’ll get plenty of personalized attention. Plus, you'll be part of a community of racers just like you, learning and growing together.
Now, regarding whether the style of racing you do "fits" my strategies—100% yes. My approach isn’t about what kind of car you drive or the level you're racing at; it’s about teaching you how to find, pitch, and sign sponsors who believe in you and your brand, no matter the class or the level of experience. So don't worry about being labeled a beginner—if you're ready to learn and take action, that’s all that matters.
