drag racing is my legacy...

As a child, I remember watching my father’s pursuit of a drag racing championship. He was a World Champion tuner, owner, and driver, so by the time I got behind the wheel of a Junior Dragster at 10 years old, I was already in love with the sport.

In my Junior Dragster, I earned back-to-back points championships at our local drag strip in Kansas City at the ages of 16 and 17, respectively, all while having to handle the transportation, servicing, and driving duties on my own, even as I transitioned into the NHRA Super Comp category.

As the marketing, photographer, and a top-end and bottom-end mechanic for our family-owned Top Alcohol Dragster, I learned the techniques of the race car as well as what it takes to acquire sponsorships, which led me down the path of motorsports marketing. I attended Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS to earn a degree in Graphic Design Management and began elevating our team's marketing and sponsorship program.

In 2013, I began piloting my dad's dragster at test-n-tune days, and In 2015, I licensed in NHRA Top Alcohol Dragster and had an outstanding debut in 2016 with a winning-streak that was unheard of for the sport as I defeated many of the heavy hitters in the male-dominated class.

Five years later, I won the World Championship for the second year in a row and had the wedding of my dreams all in the same week! Now I embrace retirement from the NHRA and welcome the opportunity I have to compete in a new series with my dragster and try out other forms of motorsports.
