Homemade Granola Recipe

Ingredients:

➤ 2 ¼ cup rolled oats

➤ 1 cup quinoa (uncooked)

➤ ½ cup sunflower seeds (or any seeds of your choice)

➤ ½ cup pumpkin seeds (or any seeds of your choice)

➤ ⅔ cup honey

➤ 2 tbsp ground flax seeds

➤ 2 tbsp peanut powder (or protein powder)

➤ 1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:

➤ Preheat oven to 225F

➤ Mix all ingredients except for the cranberries in a bowl

➤ Spread onto a lined baking sheet

➤ Bake for 60 minutes

➤ Add dried cranberries

➤ Break up and put in glass containers

Exchanges: 2 Starch, ½ fruit, 1 protein, 1 ½ fat
